SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO — Cal’s Jalen Cone made a game-tying 3-pointer with six seconds remaining, but UTEP’s Tae Hardy answered with a 3-pointer of his own as time expired to rally UTEP to a 75-72 victory over the Golden Bears at the SoCal Challenge on Monday night at JSerra High.
